| Flight details: | After (another) horrible nightmare flying amongst the maddening crowds (nowadays sadly omnipresent on all SHGC sites) I got very lucky and caught a scrappy climb that took me back and connected with a (almost totally invisible) very weak Sea Breeze Front (SBF).
I caught the climb with Paul 'Fuzzy' Sansbury (on his very nice new Gradient Aspen II) and somehow we were the only two of the zillions of pilots there to climb up on it. I know I was very lucky indeed to get up because Paul, who was only just 30ft lower than me when we got into the climb, got 'dropped' out of the bottom of it whilst I tip-toed my way back in zeros before it finally turned into a 'stonking' 0.5m/s up, all the way to 2552ft (778m) ASL.
Eventually the climb fizzled out and I went on a glide to land by the road between ASDA and Ditchling.
