| Flight details: | Getting to a low cloudbase was not the hard part, but getting there at the right time and staying there proved beyond me again. Not long after Carlo and Sean set off for Leeds Castle, I made the wrong decision to glide towards sun and golden fields under decaying clouds rather than just hang on to what I had. Turning finals for a big field near the Broyle, I saw some birds at the other end of the field marking a climb that was now out of reach. Doh! |
