Flight details: | No really! There is such a place. It's the name of the stretch of road from the Wok Inn to Halland, so proclaimed by the road name sign by the gate I climbed over out of the field where I landed. And that was probably the most remarkable thing about the flight - a downwind dribble from Mt C. Started by spending time near cloudbase at about 1,600ft, finding it easy to stay just below cloud and moving to the side to avoid going in, so I thought I'd carry on doing that and let the increasing brisk wind waft me across the country. Well that worked for a while, then the clouds put me down and - apart from a tantalising kilometre of turning only a few hundred feet up waiting for a last minute low save, that was that. Went terrible down at Terrible Down Road. A smidgeon under 11km.
