| Flight details: | Bank holiday and hardly anybody on the hill?! Whilst waiting for the right conditions, Swanny asked where we were going to fly to. He then suggested Ticehurst as our goal. Contrary to Pete, Swanny and Crispin, it took me a little longer to find the thermal in which I left the hill. I got a bit worried about being left behind, but luckily John Porter was still there. Together we left the hill and were then joined my Adam. We caught up with the others quickly and as a terrific gaggle we flew, showing each other the lift. It was mostly cloud flying, just amazing! Then we landed all together (not that far from Ticehurst) and got the train back home. Perfect Sunday! |
