Got there at 9am, already plenty people in the sky, pushed to Truleigh to get some space work on my own, took a while but then got a nice climb to 2000 feet

Felt like the king of the world and glided back to take off, but to my surprise only made if halfway up and ended up landing at the bottom!!!
Later on I got over enthusiastic following an Enzo towards a thermal and landed at the bottom again (With Ghandi, ahah what a looser)
Again later on climbed all over the place and ended up following Tefal to Plumpton where it was already seabreezed and we didn't manage to get a good climb. (http://xc.flybubble.co.uk/flight/145)
Big up to Tefal who waited for me all the way, it's so nice to fly with someone!!! I triggered a thermal when I landed and he started climbing on it but then I suspect he ditched the idea and landed with me to get a free loaf of bread.
To his terror I had no Gluten Free bread with me, AH
That's my second XC, almost 2km longer than the first :D long way to go! |
