| Flight details: | It was great to see 20+ hangies out at Firle. It was windy and a bit rough at times until late afternoon. Even in the strong wind, the ridge wasn't producing much lift but there were plenty of broken thermals about. I managed to reach just over 2,000ft in one of them beneath a big black cloud, but mostly they were scrappy and I couldn't stay with them. |
