| Flight details: | Good to leave the gallows at Combe Gibbet. A nice flight, loads of lift under the clouds. Landed at Micheldever. What a godforsaken place! I asked a lady if there were any taxis in the place and she said 'What's a taxi?' I thought she might have been a bit simple but no, taxis don't exist in Micheldever and she had probably never seen one. I might have got a ride more quickly if I'd been in the Sahara!
