London Wing - Lecture - Thermalling for Beginner and Intermediate Pilots
Submitted by Hairy Dave on 5 June, 2011 - 10:57.By popular demand, a re-run in London of Hairy Dave's session on thermalling techniques. Starting from the basics of "what is this elusive beast anyway?" through "ways to use it efficently" to "how to use it more efficiently with others".
The Blue Posts Pub" at 81 Newman Street, London W1P 3LD. Start at 19.00 on 27 June 2011.
While the Club will cover Dave's expenses, social events are supposed to be self-funding, so attendees are invited to chip in a couple of quid each.
