Haute Alps XC Course - Sussex Paragliding
After our highly successful trip last September we have organised another one this year. This time we are staying for two weeks. We would love you to join us for one week or two, flying in the Haute Alps staying in a luxury villa. All rooms are en-suite and there is a swimming pool for post flying relaxation. As well as making the most of the fantastic local flying sites, we might also be taking a trip to the World renowned 36th Coupe-Icare Festival at St. Hilaire (subject to democratic vote). This festival is not to be missed and includes aerial displays from paragliders, hang gliders, sail-planes and hot air balloons. There is the famous fancy dress competition, International Free Flight Film Festival, Trade Show and much, much more.

We will be staying with David and Rachel of Allez-Up Holidays in their luxury villa, check out www.allez-up.com David and Rachel's knowledge of the area is second to none and they will be helping us to get the most out of our flying in the area. Rachel regularly flies 100km + flights on her Ozone Mojo.
September is a great time of year to fly XC here and we aim to take your flying to the next level. We will have daily weather briefings from David followed by XC lectures from Jonny and Tim. To help you get the most out of the course there will be individual goal setting and individual debriefs every day.
Using the latest flight software we will also be able to examine XC flights using 3D maps on a big screen. This is a great technique for gaining a better understanding of XC flying.
We encourage pilots to fly with their own GPS so we can debrief their flight in 3D on the projector screen.

Costs and Getting There
The €850 price includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, transfers, guiding, lectures, seminars and all transport.
Flights from UK to Marseille with Easyjet and BA are currently under £99 return inc.taxes and inc. 20kg hold luggage and your paraglider.
We are travelling on the flights below. You may prefer to drive or get the train. Laragne is about 9 hours from Dieppe by car. You can also get a train from London to Aix-en-Provence for under £200 return.
