Summer Bash

The SHGC Summer Bash will be held at Airworks on Saturday August 30th.
There is plenty of 'continental' style camping. ie., where you pitch the tent
with a club hammer. Really it is more suited to camping in vehicles or
self-supporting tents, such as the (£29ish) Quechua/Millets 2 second tent.
There is currently a small area of grass available, by the river bridge,
enough to accommodate about five small tents. Please do not pitch in the
surrounding fields as we are still seeking permission.
We aim to provide a marquee, music, some beer, barbecues for you to cook your
own food and a bonfire.
Entry free to SHGC members & their partners/children.
We need some four or five volunteers to assemble the marquee a day or so
ahead. Please let me know if you can help?

Hi

I just wanted to check what time it is all starting?

• If I can get down early to help with Marquee, what time do I need to be there (however, I'm still not sure if I can make it early)
• What time is the main bash starting?
