Just a reminder\: We are hosting a first aid course for instructors\, coaches and any interested pilots on 5-6th July at Airworks. This is the Remote Emergency Care level 2 course\, which is far better suited to our needs than the usual StJohn's type of course.
There are 12 places\, each at a cost to the pilot of £70\, with any balance being given to the RNLI\, since there have been so many swimmers over the last few years.
(The actual cost of the course is indeterminate - £700 for the training\, plus fuel and accomodation for the trainer\, estimated at £150.)
