Treasurer

The main function of the treasurer is to keep the club's accounts~ basic book-keeping (which is now contained on an Excel spreadsheet) and produce an end of year report for the AGM.

It is one of the required posts by our constitution and by our bankers as a cheque signatory.

from the constitution:
The Treasurer shall keep such proper books of account as will enable him to present at every
Annual General Meeting of the Club or at any time if required on not less than ten days notice
to him an accurate report and statement concerning the finances of the Club.
